Unlike masonry houses, metal-structured houses have a significant advantage when it comes to choosing the right time to build. With the exception of pouring the foundation, where the recommended temperature is at least -5 degrees (using additive concrete), most of the work can be done at any time of the year: assembling the metal structure, exterior and interior closures of the building, etc.
It should be noted that certain phases will be scheduled with care, such as: assembling the roof, which cannot be done in damp weather conditions, or applying decorative plaster on the facades or washable paint on the interiors.
Our teams comply with all the current regulations and the site manager's instructions for the proper management of the project.
In general, the execution time for a metal-structured house is 90-120 days. The mentioned calculation takes into account the idle periods due to unfavourable weather.
We charge a reservation fee for the execution period of 10% of the total project value. The reservation fee serves to properly plan the activity of the teams and the progress of the works, especially during peak seasons in the construction industry.
