In all of our building packages, electrical wiring is made of copper cable with insulation and flame-retardant blanket. For added safety, we have included electrical panels. The heating and plumbing systems are built with 4m x 40mm UBP fiber polypropylene pipe.
All work is done based on a technical project drawn up by the architect and agreed upon by the homeowner in advance.
Photovoltaic panels are not included in our offer, they can be purchased separately by the customer according to their preferences. We recommend that this decision be made alongside the architect and installation specialist during the design phase of the building.
Floor heating is subcontracted and not included in our equipment. We work in partnership with WAMAK, a company specializing in heating systems, excellent value for money. A precise evaluation of costs can only be made if there is a project for the installations, TP - technical project.
