The procedure for offering a construction from scratch is as follows:
Case 1. Beneficiaries who collabourate with external architects: will send the architectural project for analysis, accompanied by the foundation resistance project, if it is completed. The price quote will be based on electronic measurements of the plans and depending on the complexity of the work.
Case 2. Beneficiaries who want all-inclusive services: will provide basic information for the development of a complete offer, such as: the location of the object, the desired height regime, the desired built area or data related to compartmentalization in order to establish an estimated total surface.
After email offering, a physical appointment will be set at our headquarters or an online conference. To streamline the offering process, we ask future beneficiaries to provide us with scanned existing documentation in advance.
During the meeting, free consulting is offered by the technical director, structural engineer, architect. Viewings are organized in the vicinity of the capital and Ilfov county, on construction sites in progress, in various stages of completion.
