There is also an uncovered secondary access terrace that offers a comfortable outdoor space, measuring almost 30 square meters. On the upper floor of the 2 storey building, there are two bedrooms; one of them is a master suite with a dressing room and a private bathroom, while the other has a balcony. Additionally, there is an office on the upper floor that features a covered balcony - it can also be used as a bedroom, depending on the client's request. The recommended minimum street frontage for this house is 16.85 linear meters. The project has a total of three bedrooms, suitable for a family of 2-3 members.

From our experience, each beneficiary has different needs. Our predefined square meter equipment does not include the following interior finishes: tiles, flooring, doors, bathroom fixtures, central heating and heating objects.
Depending on the customer's preferences and utilities available on the land, the turnkey work can be budgeted custom-made to the desired comfort level. All interior finishes can be purchased from the beneficiary's preferred chain of stores, according to their preferences. The labour cost will be calculated based on the quality of the selected materials and the complexity of the works. For example, installing a low-budget compact bathtub has a different price from installing a state-of-the-art Jacuzzi.
The selection of finishes will be made during the design phase, and the actual purchase of products will be made about 3-4 weeks before their installation, to eliminate any possible delays due to stock shortages with suppliers.
