The 063-071 steel frame house project has a very limited built area, being ideal if you want a budget-friendly steel frame house. The 1 story building offers the comfort of an individual house in the yard, compared to an apartment in a block. The presented model has only 1 bedroom and is intended for a family with 1-2 members without children. The minimum opening recommended by the architect for the land is 13.21 linear meters.

You can sleep peacefully in a metal-framed house during storms. The galvanized steel structure protects the house from lightning strikes.
The galvanized steel structure of the building is directly connected to the ground, which means it acts as a lightning rod: the electric current resulting from lightning is directly conducted into the ground. Furthermore, the metal structure conducts to the ground the current resulting from electrical discharges that occur when damaged or drilled wires "release" electricity into the building. All our electrical installations are designed with rigid copper conductors with insulation and PVC fireproofing. As standard, in a room, we include 4 power outlets, one switch route and one power supply for one lighting fixture. The exact position in the rooms will be determined by the beneficiaries and implemented by the specialized electrical design engineer. We include in any type of equipment the electric panel for increased safety.
