We accept various forms of payment: transfer from own funds, personal loan or various loans dedicated to building construction, European funds. All payments are made in advance in instalments, based on established phases of work.
Among the most popular options in the country are mortgage loans. The bank finances the future beneficiary only on the basis of a completed house project and an obtained building permit. The construction company that the beneficiary will collabourate with will prepare a financing plan, which will include the extract of materials and labour necessary for the completion of the building.
During the construction phases, the bank will initiate site inspections and reports will be prepared based on which the draws from the financed sum will be made. Each phase is documented by the site manager through certificates of compliance for materials and minutes certifying the correct execution of the project approved by the city hall. At the end, the construction manager will make the technical book of the construction, which allows the operation of the building in full legality.
