On the ground floor of the building, we observe the spacious living room and kitchen, both with access to a semi-covered terrace, as well as an office. The upper floor of this house project is organized into 3 bedrooms, all with access to balconies, the master with its own bathroom and dressing room, and the other 2 with a shared bathroom. The volume of this project attracts through the play of contrasting materials and colours.

Some of our customers already own a construction project built on traditional brick technology. This cannot be used in its existing format to start work on the new metal structure technology. The architect designated by the future beneficiary will make all necessary changes to the architecture, and the foundation's structural engineer will recalculate the foundation accordingly. This will save materials and labour, as lighter foundations will be needed for metal houses. The building permit will be issued for the new technology, and the obtained permits might remain valid. All connection works for electricity and water will be carried out by specialized and authorized companies, who will prepare a work quote after visiting the site. Utility providers have different prices for connections, depending on the location and distance of utilities from the building.
