The partitioning of this industrial building includes on the ground floor: an 800 square meter production hall with changing rooms for both men and women towards the main facade; a dining room with access to the kitchen and storage space. Access to the restroom facilities is also provided from both the dining room and production hall. The main access to the administrative pavilion of the building is centrally located and includes a reception area, monitoring, security, and a stairwell for vertical circulation. The first floor of the administrative pavilion is partitioned as follows: office space, director's office, and restrooms. The second floor features a council room, restroom, and a covered terrace. The ability to monitor production activity is incorporated both in the offices on the first floor and in the council room on the second floor. The 3 story building has 12 outdoor parking spaces for cars and 3 spaces for transport vehicles.
