The architectural plans of this steel frame house project present a partitioning suitable for a family of 5 people. The house plan incorporates 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a 2 story setup. A specially designed uncovered terrace with double access from the living room and kitchen was planned. The land required for construction must have a street front of at least 13 linear meters.

We are frequently asked if in the case of houses with a second floor, we can only finish the ground floor, and then at a later stage, complete the exterior finishes of the upper floor.
Unfortunately, this is not possible, as the building's insulation would be inefficient, and there would be leaks and many other related problems.
We recommend future beneficiaries choose:
-> a small-sized construction adapted to the available budget
-> to choose one of our predefined equipment with finished exterior and interior finishes at the stage of paint application. Finishes can be made in a later stage, budgeted separately, based on income.
-> mortgage or personal loan, depending on the amount necessary to finish the desired construction.
