Description
The steel frame house model 241-003 is a perfect example of a comfortable home for 5 people. The required opening of the land is 16,85 linear meters. A distinctive feature of this two storey house project is the considerable surface area offered by the 3 basic rooms: the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Functionality is completed by the office located in the direction of the main access. The remaining spaces were designed on the upper floor, where a dressing room and a bathroom, both dedicated to the master bedroom, were taken into consideration. In total, 3 bedrooms were shaped by the architect.

The structural elements are produced at real dimensions (no further cutting is required), with millimeter precision in the manufacturing process, with all details of fixing, installation routes, and cuts.
