Where can I view the construction packages?
To see what our packages include, we invite you to access the price calculator by clicking the "Calculate construction price" button. After selecting the desired construction stage – step 4 – the app will ask if you want to view the available package presentation. Select "YES", and the system will display an interactive step-by-step presentation of the construction elements.
Can the projects shown on the website be modified?
Absolutely! The projects are designed as a starting point only. Want to change just the interior layout? No problem – the price stays the same, as all calculations are based on the built square meter. Want to increase or decrease the surface? You can do that from the very first step in the price calculator! Costs will adjust automatically, and if you'd like to test other options, you can go back to previous steps for a new price simulation.
Description
The steel frame house model 076-072 is equipped with a technical room accessible from the kitchen that can also be used as a storage space for food. A minimum plot size of 13.75 meters is required for this small one story house project. In a mere 76 square meters, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms have been incorporated. The dining area has been positioned in the living room, near the kitchen. The project is recommended for a family of 2-3 members.
Tips and tricks
The durability of houses on a lightweight metal structure is at least equal to that of traditional buildings. Firstly, the metal structure is not directly exposed to the environment, so durability will be extended. Additionally, even in the hypothetical situation that the structure comes into contact with the exterior, the zinc-coated steel used as raw material is supplied by an Austrian manufacturer who guarantees the steel's resistance for 75 years in the open air. In our configurations, the metal structure is clad on the exterior with OSB/fibrocement boards, on top of which exterior insulation, made of polystyrene or basalt wool, is mounted. Inside, the metal profiles are filled with basalt wool and the wall closures are made by applying double-layer gypsum board sheets. Any house on a metal structure built by our teams comes with a 10-year warranty for hidden defects. Furthermore, for your peace of mind, 1% of the total project value remains in your pocket, to be able to independently fix any issues that require immediate attention.
