Here you will find collected the single-story house construction sites executed by the Wolf Construct team, photographed throughout the works. Each sheet captures a concrete stage, not a finished catalog result.

What is specific to a single-level construction

For single-story houses, the weight of the work shifts downward: the slab on ground, footings, and thermal insulation beneath the slab determine thermal comfort more than in any other configuration. The steel structure is erected in a single step, without an intermediate floor slab and without stairs, which noticeably shortens the time between the foundation and wall enclosure. The photos below follow this exact sequence: layout marking, rebar installation, slab pouring, profile assembly, roof trusses, wall panels, utilities installation, and finishes.

Details not visible in a single-story house floor plan

The large footprint of a ground-floor house means a long layout for utility connections and a large roof area relative to the usable living space. The documented projects show how these two aspects are practically addressed, from placing underfloor heating circuits to connecting the roofing material. Our works are carried out in Bucharest, Ilfov, as well as the rest of the country. We build houses of any size. Our portfolio provides concrete examples for small, medium, and large houses.

From construction site to single-story home

Available models, surface areas, and prices can be found in our collection of single-story house projects. The works shown here demonstrate the execution phase, while there you can choose your desired configuration.
