Every project in this section is a real two-story house construction site, photographed by the Wolf Construct team during execution. They are not renderings and they are not catalog images: they are intermediate stages, captured as they look on the field.
What you see in each documented phase
The posts cover construction from layout marking and foundation rebar to the handed-over interior finishes. In between, you will find the base slab pouring, assembly of the steel structure on both levels, roof trusses, basalt wool insulation systems, fiber cement or brick veneer cladding, fire-resistant drywall enclosures, underfloor heating, and decorative plaster.
Where we have built multi-story homes
The construction sites are located across the entire country (e.g., Bucharest, Ilfov, Arges, etc.), with gross floor areas between 100 and over 400 sqm. Each record mentions the location, surface area, and operation performed, so you can follow how a two-story steel skeleton behaves under different terrain and sizing conditions.
