Tips and tricks

For projects under 100 sqm built, materials and labour have significantly higher costs due to the low turnover recorded with suppliers and partners. We reserve the right to charge preferentially for these constructions and to select our clientele based on allocated budgets. All of our projects are carried out on a strict schedule of work. Construction is scheduled in advance, based on a down payment to reserve the desired period and organize the construction site. All payments will be made in instalments, based on the phases of work that are to be carried out. In short, the phases of construction are usually structured as follows: -> phase 1: designing the building, obtaining permits and building authorization -> phase 2: construction foundation and assembly of metal structure on site -> phase 3: exterior and interior closures, installations, roof assembly -> phase 4: interior finishes: tiles, parquet, doors, sanitary and heating objects, central heating.
