The 100-075 house project with two bedrooms includes an open, uncovered terrace with access from the living room. The dwelling is recommended for a family of 2-3 members. The land plot opening should be at least 15.5 meters wide.

Tips and tricks

The properties in our offer can be made from several types of galvanized "C" profiles of different widths. These profiles are classified based on width, which allows us to practically introduce different thicknesses of insulation material. For example, a 10 cm wide metal profile can be filled with the same size basalt wool plates, while a 20 cm wide metal profile can be filled with 2 layers of 10 cm basalt wool each, resulting in more efficient thermal insulation in the interior of the home. It will be much easier and cheaper to heat the house, especially in the winter. We build houses from metal profiles of the following standardized dimensions: 10 cm width, 14 cm width, 20 cm width. For the hill areas, we recommend constructions made from 10 cm profiles. For cold areas of the country, where wall insulation should be as efficient as possible, we recommend constructions with 14 or 20 cm profiles, depending on the budget.
