Steel frame house 176-101
Description
Steel frame house with 2 bedrooms that redefines the concept of compartmentalization, offering an uncompromising solution for families of 3-4 members. Every detail has been meticulously designed within the 176 square meters available to ensure optimal comfort, emphasizing generous spaces and functionality. For example, the living and dining areas have been designed as a unified space, creating a friendly and bright environment. The kitchen is spacious and well-defined, preventing the spread of odors throughout the rest of the house during cooking. To complement the functionality of the kitchen, a pantry with dedicated space for the central heating boiler has been included. Additionally, the space under the stairs has been cleverly transformed into a storage room.
The upper level plan represents the highlight of this house model: instead of aiming to maximize the number of rooms, the focus has been on increased comfort and functionality. Thus, the sleeping area of this two story house project consists of 2 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The master bedroom stands out for including a dressing room and a generous balcony of approximately 5m. In other words, the architect has designed a private and extremely relaxing space for residents upstairs.
