No problem – the price stays the same, as all calculations are based on the built square meter. Want to increase or decrease the surface? You can do that from the very first step in the price calculator! Costs will adjust automatically, and if you'd like to test other options, you can go back to previous steps for a new price simulation.

This house with 4 rooms is intelligently designed to provide maximum comfort within a very limited space of 125 square meters. Inspired by feedback from customers in the current market, our economical home concept focuses on modern needs:
On the ground floor, the house features a home office that can also serve as a guest bedroom, a living area, and an open-plan kitchen to create a sense of spaciousness in the living area, a storage space under the stairs, and a bathroom.
The layout of the upper floor maximizes the functionality of the sleeping area: two bedrooms, each with access to a small secluded balcony, a dressing room with storage space, along with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub for relaxation.
In compliance with legal regulations, this small and optimally compartmentalized two floor home project successfully meets all requirements, while its design is up-to-date with decorative accents on the facades.
