This Mediterranean-style steel frame house with a circular rooftop terrace features the following rooms: a kitchen that incorporates a dining area open to the living room, and two bedrooms, one of which has a dressing room. The house project 275-027 also has an uncovered terrace for the warm season with direct access to the living room. The functionality of this home is completed by the circular rooftop terrace covering the house, with easy access from an outdoor staircase. On this terrace, the architect proposes the placement of solar panels and an outdoor jacuzzi. The minimum street front needed for the construction of this building is 15.43 linear meters. The maximum occupancy for this one story house has been calculated for 4 people.
Tips and tricks
For projects with a particular complexity, additional design costs will be charged, for example: shore defences - support walls, landing with pontoons, fish ponds, swimming pools, greenhouses, fences, ramps, ventilation systems, heat pump heating systems, solar panels, etc.
For example, to design and build a swimming pool, the following specialists will be consulted: architect, structural engineer, and facilities engineer. The design price will be offered, and subsequently, based on the technical project, the material extracts and execution price can be obtained: labour, materials, and transportation costs.
Two contracts will be signed: one for design - 50% of the total design value, and one for the construction - 10% of the value that includes reserving the execution period and necessary organization of the construction site.
