The steel frame house model 190-080 has a ground floor that is partitioned into a spacious living room that also includes a dining area. The spacious kitchen has an attached technical room that can also be used for storage. Two covered access terraces have been designed for this two story building. The sleeping area, located on the upper floor, consists of 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master with a dressing room and private bathroom, and another with a covered balcony. This house project can be built, under normal conditions, on a plot with a minimum width of 13.75 meters. The house can accommodate 5-6 people.

The metal profiles that make up the house's structure are made of double galvanized steel, thickness between 1 and 1.5 mm, "U" and "C" section types.
The projects are prepared by our engineers specialized in structural resistance and are verified by authorized inspectors by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration - MDRAP - former MLPAT.
The metal structure has good resistance both to compression and to stretching. To get an idea of the resistance to stretching or compression of a metal element, it is almost 14 times more performant than a wooden element:
S = 275N/sqm vs S = 20N/sqm for wood.
The raw material, steel, is imported from Austria, has a European agreement and is processed on a cutting-edge cutting machine in the field - Pinnacle X6, produced in the United States.
