Can the projects shown on the website be modified?
Absolutely! The projects are designed as a starting point only. Want to change just the interior layout? No problem – the price stays the same, as all calculations are based on the built square meter. Want to increase or decrease the surface? You can do that from the very first step in the price calculator! Costs will adjust automatically, and if you'd like to test other options, you can go back to previous steps for a new price simulation.

This is a project for a steel frame house with a mansard roof offering and intelligent partitioning with the following advantages: the living room is very spacious and includes a dining area with easy access to the kitchen through a hallway, dedicated space for the boiler, near the bathroom. The attic consists of 3 similarly sized bedrooms with access to a spacious shared bathroom. A balcony with access to 2 of the 3 bedrooms has also been designed for this future home. The 2 story construction requires a street front of at least 12.61 linear meters. The property is designed for a family of 4 members.
Tips and tricks
Perimeter sidewalks and decorative cladding of the house's base are included only in our Gold and Platinum equipment versions. For lower Standard and Silver equipment, they are performed at an extra cost.
