Can the projects shown on the website be modified?
Absolutely! The projects are designed as a starting point only. Want to change just the interior layout? No problem – the price stays the same, as all calculations are based on the built square meter. Want to increase or decrease the surface? You can do that from the very first step in the price calculator! Costs will adjust automatically, and if you'd like to test other options, you can go back to previous steps for a new price simulation.
Description
This steel frame house project from the Praktic collection offers several advantages: 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a very compact space, designed to provide optimal comfort. The building is foreseen for a family of 4-5 members. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room of approximately 20 square meters and an office. The kitchen is closed and also includes a dining area. On the upper floor, the partitioning offers a master bedroom with a dressing room, balcony, and private bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. This 2 story house requires a street frontage of a minimum of 13.98 linear meters.
Tips and tricks
Some of our customers already own a construction project built on traditional brick technology. This cannot be used in its existing format to start work on the new metal structure technology. The architect designated by the future beneficiary will make all necessary changes to the architecture, and the foundation's structural engineer will recalculate the foundation accordingly. This will save materials and labour, as lighter foundations will be needed for metal houses. The building permit will be issued for the new technology, and the obtained permits will remain valid. All connection works for electricity and water will be carried out by specialized and authorized companies, who will prepare a work quote after visiting the site. Utility providers have different prices for connections, depending on the location and distance of utilities from the building.
