Where can I view the construction packages?
To see what our packages include, we invite you to access the price calculator by clicking the "Calculate construction price" button. After selecting the desired construction stage – step 4 – the app will ask if you want to view the available package presentation. Select "YES", and the system will display an interactive step-by-step presentation of the construction elements.
Can the projects shown on the website be modified?
Absolutely! The projects are designed as a starting point only. Want to change just the interior layout? No problem – the price stays the same, as all calculations are based on the built square meter. Want to increase or decrease the surface? You can do that from the very first step in the price calculator! Costs will adjust automatically, and if you'd like to test other options, you can go back to previous steps for a new price simulation.
Description
The steel frame house with attic project 135-013 is suitable for a family of 4 members. For good space ergonomics, the kitchen is located in the extension of the spacious living room. Of the 3 bedrooms available, the master bedroom has been positioned on the ground floor. The other 2 are dedicated to the younger family members and located in the attic. The presented 2 story construction requires a minimum street front land of 13 linear meters.
Tips and tricks

Prices are calculated per square meter of built-up area and include the following expenses:
-> Transport of the necessary construction materials to the construction site
-> Transportation means for human resources
-> Accommodation and meals throughout the construction period
For tourist areas, where accommodation costs vary depending on the season, we reserve the right to recalculate the transport fees.
We note that if only the assembly of the metal structure is desired, fees will be reported strictly to: the transport of the metal framework to the construction site and the period required for assembly.
All transport fees displayed on our website are valid only in the country. For foreign countries, each case will be examined individually.
