Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I view the construction packages?
To see what our packages include, we invite you to access the price calculator by clicking the "Calculate construction price" button. After selecting the desired construction stage – step 4 – the app will ask if you want to view the available package presentation. Select "YES", and the system will display an interactive step-by-step presentation of the construction elements.
Can the projects shown on the website be modified?
Absolutely! The projects are designed as a starting point only. Want to change just the interior layout? No problem – the price stays the same, as all calculations are based on the built square meter. Want to increase or decrease the surface? You can do that from the very first step in the price calculator! Costs will adjust automatically, and if you'd like to test other options, you can go back to previous steps for a new price simulation.
Description
This steel frame house with a total area of 181 square meters is designed for a family of 5 members. A plot of land with a minimum width of 13 linear meters is required for this 2 story construction. Among the benefits of the ground floor of this house design is a covered main access terrace and an uncovered secondary access terrace, both of which can be accessed from the spacious living room of nearly 24 square meters. The second floor of the dwelling provides future occupants with 2 rooms, one of which has its own private bathroom. Two of the 3 bedrooms have their own balconies.
Tips and tricks
Buildings on metal structures are fire-resistant. In case of a fire, for example, wooden houses burn much faster. This is because we use double galvanized steel panels, beams and trusses, hot-dip galvanized and cold-rolled. They do not contain adhesives or chemicals. Additionally, no additional treatment is necessary. In recent years, we have radically improved the insulation of the house's facade using basaltic insulation (fire reaction class A1 - non-combustible), instead of traditional expanded polystyrene (class E - combustible with rapid spread).
We have also focused on the interior wall claddings - these can be made using special fire-resistant gypsum board, red in colour, which offers superior resistance in the event of exposure to high temperatures. For added safety, all our packages benefit from fireproof electrical wiring and an included electrical panel.
