Designing and building foundations are optional services. We are flexible. We can work with your architect, and you can build the foundation yourself or with our help if you agree to the offer. Unfortunately, we cannot simply display an exact price for the foundation throughout the country, the price will depend very much on the nature of the soil in which the building is located and the complexity of the resistance project, stamped by the designated structural engineer. If your foundation will be built by yourself, it is good to know that if it does not turn out perfectly flat, there will be additional costs for leveling a screed. In practice, we cannot mount a perfectly straight metal structure on a foundation that presents deviations, i.e. it is not perfectly flat. Execution problems mean additional costs and difficulties on the construction site.
