The 2 Storey Steel Frame House project 147-089 features a modern exterior design in a compact space. On the ground floor, there are designed a kitchen and a living room on two levels, with direct access from the generous terrace located on the main facade, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The attic of this steel frame house features 2 rooms with a shared bathroom, a storage room and a laundry room. The model is designed with a total number of three bedrooms which can accommodate 4-5 members. It can be positioned on a plot with a minimum opening of 13.93 meters.

The guarantee for the construction carried out by our company is: 75 years for the metal structure, 2 years for good workmanship, and 10 years for hidden defects. For all materials used, the guarantee is provided by suppliers according to the equipment variant purchased by the beneficiary.
