Where can I view the construction packages?
To see what our packages include, we invite you to access the price calculator by clicking the "Calculate construction price" button. After selecting the desired construction stage – step 4 – the app will ask if you want to view the available package presentation. Select "YES", and the system will display an interactive step-by-step presentation of the construction elements.
Can the projects shown on the website be modified?
Absolutely! The projects are designed as a starting point only. Want to change just the interior layout? No problem – the price stays the same, as all calculations are based on the built square meter. Want to increase or decrease the surface? You can do that from the very first step in the price calculator! Costs will adjust automatically, and if you'd like to test other options, you can go back to previous steps for a new price simulation.
Description
This steel frame duplex house project, model 476-011, was calculated for 2 families of 5 members each. The module partitioning is organized for comfortable living: a kitchen of approximately 19 sq meters related to a 40 sq meter living room, 3 very spacious bedrooms, 3 bathroom facilities, and 2 terraces and 2 balconies outside. For this 2 storey home with 6 bedrooms (in total), we recommend land with a street front of at least 15.55 linear meters.
Tips and tricks
The general steps for building a metal-framed house are as follows:
-> Casting the foundation - the calculation of the foundation is the responsibility of the structural engineer. Depending on the nature of the soil, he designs the resistance project and determines both the materials to be used and the quantities needed for construction.
-> Production and assembly of the metal structure - the production of profiles is done automatically. The process is computer-monitored. All profiles are designed to fit perfectly. Delivery is made directly to the construction site and is accompanied by assembly drawings. The metal framework will be assembled based on the codes engraved on the structural elements.
-> External and internal cladding, and casting the slab between levels - in short, in this phase, the exterior of the building will be completed up to the stage of applying the decorative plaster. The slab between levels will be cast, cement-sand composition.
-> Interior finishes - in this construction stage, the interior walls will be filled with insulation material and then closed with the help of gypsum board. A primer and a white washable paint will be applied on all walls.
-> Interior finishes - is the final stage. Tiles, bathroom fixtures, heating and boiler will be installed.
